Care instructions :
- Wash before first use. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Dishwashing under abnormal conditions, such as excessive water temperature and detergent dosage, may damage the decor, glass and seal.
- In the event of burnt or stuck food, we recommend soaking with soap and water once the dish has cooled.
Although our glass is more resistant than others, it can break into several pieces or suffer chipping as a result of repeated mechanical impact.
Main causes of mechanical shock :
- In the dishwasher: repeated knocks during washing if the dish is not stable in the dishwasher, or if it has been knocked before washing. Always check the condition of the dish before putting it in the dishwasher.
- A shock or chip, depending on its intensity, can generate instantaneous breakage or the beginnings of a rupture that can lead to subsequent breakage.
- In the cupboard: during storage, incorrect stacking or bumping into another dish can result in chipping or burrs that can cause breakage later on.
Occasionally check for chips or dents.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by mechanical impact, failure to observe recommended use or professional use. Products with nicks or chips caused by use, or which have been heated on a direct heat source, are no longer covered by the warranty. Similarly, staining, discoloration or deformation of plastic accessories is not covered by the warranty.
