A delectable symphony of scallops, shrimp and white fish in a creamy white wine and cream sauce. Exquisite delicacy, a guaranteed delight.

- 600g of scallops
- 1kg of shrimps
- 3 3 nice pieces of white fish, hake type
- 1 onion
- 15cl of white wine
- 20cl of white cream
- 2tablespoons of flour
- 1 knob of butter

Recipe
Step 1
Chop the onion and brown it in a knob of butter.
Step 2
Peel the shrimp and add them to the onion.
Step 3
Add the white fish cut into pieces, then brown the scallops.
Step 4
Mix the white wine with the 2 tablespoons of flour. Pour in the white wine and add the crème fraîche. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 6
Pour everything into an ovenproof dish and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with vegetables or rice.
