  • 250g flour
  • 30g almond powder
  • 150g butter
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Strawberry jam

Recipe

Step 1

Cut the butter into cubes.

Step 2

Put the flour and sugar in a bowl and mix with your fingertips. Add the butter. Mix without overworking the dough.

Step 3

Add the egg yolk. Mix.

Step 4

Cover the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 5

On a floured work surface, roll out the dough. Using a round fluted cookie cutter, shape the biscuits. Arrange them on a baking sheet.

Step 6

Use a fork to make holes in the biscuits. Put the sheet back in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to prevent the biscuits from moving during cooking.

Step 7

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Bake for about 12 minutes.

Once the biscuits have cooled, place a small spoonful of strawberry jam on top and close with another biscuit.
