  • 20g sugar
  • 125mL milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 20g butter

Recipe

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 210°c and put the dish in the oven.

Step 2

In a salad bowl, break the eggs, add the milk then the flour, sugar and salt. Mix.

Step 3

Remove the dish from the oven and add the butter, put it back in the oven and let the butter melt.

Step 4

Add the pancake batter and cook for 20 minutes

Step 5

Remove the dish from the oven and arrange the fruit of your choice.
