  • 2 vegetable puff pastries
  • 300g almond powder
  • 150g sugar
  • 50g starch
  • 20cl almond cream
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp bitter almond

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°c

Step 2

On a baking sheet, spread the first puff pastry.

Step 3

In a salad bowl, mix the almond powder, starch and sugar. Add the coconut oil and almond cream. Mix.

Step 4

Add the bitter almond flavoring.

Step 5

Spread the frangipane on the pastry. Don't forget to add the bean!

Step 6

Cover with the second pastry and seal the edges well with a fork.

Step 7

Using the tip of a knife, draw whatever you want on the cake.

Step 8

Brush the cake with a little cream.

Step 9

Bake for 35 minutes
