  • 1 bunch of carrot tops
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 package of shortcrust pastry
  • 2 eggs
  • 300mL of liquid cream
  • salt and pepper
  • grated Gruyère cheese

    Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°c.

    Step 2

    Steam the carrot tops. When they are cooked, squeeze out the water.

    Step 3

    In a bowl, break the eggs, add the cream, salt and pepper. Add the cooked carrot tops and the chopped red onion.

    Step 4

    Spread the shortcrust pastry in the mold, making holes with a fork.

    Step 5

    Pour the mixture over the pastry. Add the Gruyère cheese on top and bake for about 30 minutes.
