Tuna, sun-dried tomato and black olive cake

An irresistible tuna cake, combining the salty taste of olives and sun-dried tomatoes, a harmony of flavors. Sublime!
Ingredients

- 2cans of plain tuna
- 2 eggs
- 200g of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- black olives
- A jar of dried tomatoes
- 45mL of olive oil
- 150mL of milk
- salt and pepper
Recipe
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°c
Step 2
Mix the eggs with the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Step 3
Add the olive oil and milk. Mix again.
Step 4
Cut the black olives in half and the sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 5
Add them to the bowl. Then add the tuna.
Step 6
Pour the mixture into a cake tin and bake for 45 minutes.
