Vegan chocolate pear cake

  • 250g flour
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • 200g Sweet Freedom chocolate syrup
  • 4 very ripe pears
  • 2 pots of soy yogurt
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50ml neutral oil

Recipe

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c.

Step 2

In a salad bowl, mix the flour, yeast, salt and chocolate syrup. Add the oil and yogurts. Mix

Step 3

Peel the pears, if they are ripe, use them as they are or poach them (boil 1L of water with 200 g of sugar, put the peeled pears in for 15 min)

Step 4

Pour half of the dough into the mold, place the pears, leaving the stem. Pour the rest of the dough around.

Step 5

Bake for 30 to 40 min.
