Recipe

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C

Step 2

Cut the brick sheets in half. Fold the half brick sheets in half lengthwise.

Step 3

At the end of the brick sheet, place a little goat's cheese and honey.

Step 4

Fold the strip of brick sheet into a triangle, starting from the corner where the goat's cheese is. Close the brick well. Make the other bricks until all the goat's cheese is used up.

Step 5

Brush the bricks with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes, until the bricks are golden.
