  • 6 parsnips
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 25 cl milk
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1

Preheat oven to 250°c

Step 2

Wash, peel (keep the peelings for future vegetable broth or chips - if organic), cut into pieces and steam for 30 min.

Step 3

Puree, add milk and season with salt and pepper. Set aside for later use.

Step 4

Chop the onion and sauté in a pan. Add chopped turkey.

Step 5

Place the turkey in the bottom of the dish and add the mashed potatoes on top.

Step 6

Bake for about 30 minutes
